Expertise in Balance Sheet Finalization and accounting from entry to audit stage.
Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally Prime.
Excellent drafting, communication, and English proficiency.
Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting.
Ability to handle multiple projects/sites independently.
Sincere, punctual, and dedicated towards meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain site-wise accounting for multiple real estate projects independently.
Handle minimum 6 site accounts simultaneously.
Manage fund flow, collection cycles, and reconciliation for company and site operations.
Prepare Quarterly TDS working, download and maintain Form 16 records.




Handle monthly GST working, return filing, and reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, vendors, and clients for all financial activities.
Prepare Monthly MIS Reports including Cash Flow Statements.
Post monthly GST entries in books and ensure accurate ledger scrutiny.
Reconcile TDS ledger with 26AS on a quarterly basis.
Review and verify Dastavej and Banakhat documents related to land and customer accounts.
Ensure overall financial compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and GST/TDS portals.
