Position: Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations.
Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules to meet targets.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and quality teams for effective workflow.
Track inventory, raw materials, and finished goods to minimize delays and wastage.
Prepare daily production reports and address operational issues promptly.
Train and guide shop floor employees to improve productivity and discipline.
Ensure preventive maintenance activities are followed to reduce machine downtime.

Requirements
Education : Any
3–7 years of experience in factory supervision or production management.
Valuable knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
