Prio 1: Seat Modeling Experience
Tool expertise for FE-Data: LS Dyna, Ansa, Animator
Engineering Expertise of seat integration loadcases, e.g. Beltpult, Front- / Rear crash, luggage retention
Engineering Expertise of seat component loadcases
Seat Model Handling Expertise (Seat structures and complete seats)
Expertise in Seat-Kinematics, Dummy-positioning, Belt-Routing, Scripting

Prio 2 BMW Process Expertise
Seat Tool: AMQC, Prodsig, CAEBench, BlueDiamond
Expertise in Seat Development of BMW-Seat Systems (BKx / FBKx)

Prio 2: Supplier and Process Management
Communication and interaction with seat suppliers
Communication and interaction with internal stakeholders

What awaits you/ Job Profile

You are part of the engineering team in the functional development of seat systems for BMW. You are responsible for the support of the BMW development team and driving the development of recent seats in future cars in direct contact with other CAE and CAD Engineers. Furthermore you are supporting the process improvement and automation of the simulation tool chain and the development process itself within a team of experts in India and Germany.

Due to the intense interaction with internal and external partners a high level of communication skills is essential.
