We are looking for a Customer Activation & Operations Executive to join our BD Connect team. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding customers, creating and activating their digital profiles, configuring NFC cards, and handling day-to-day website and backend operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick to learn current tools, and comfortable working with websites and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and activate customer profiles on the BD Connect website.
- Set up and configure customer accounts and NFC cards.
- Enter, update, and manage customer information accurately.
- Ensure customer profiles are complete, functional, and error-free.
- Test NFC cards and verify that they are working correctly.
- Handle basic website/backend operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist customers with profile setup and basic technical issues.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve technical or activation-related problems.
- Maintain records of activated customers, cards, and pending activations.
- Follow up on incomplete customer profiles and activation requirements.




- Identify repetitive tasks and suggest ways to improve the activation process.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
- Support other day-to-day operational activities related to BD Connect.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of websites and web-based platforms.
- Comfortable working with admin panels, dashboards, and online tools.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
- Good typing and data-entry accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple customer activations efficiently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with customer onboarding or operations.
- Experience working with CRM, website dashboards, or SaaS platforms.
- Basic understanding of domains, website links, QR codes, or NFC technology.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website management will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
