This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.

Professional & Technical Skills: Blueprinting & Business Process Design: Requirement Gathering:



Conduct workshops to map inbound claims (from dealers/customers) and outbound claims (to vendors/suppliers).

Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between standard SAP Warranty Management (LO-WTY) and client business processes.

Configuration & System Setup: Warranty Object Mapping: Define and configure master data templates, including equipment, functional locations, and serial number profiles.

Claim Types & Categories: Set up claim types (e.g., inbound, outbound) and categories to control process flow and field selections.

Action Controls: Configure Action Controls and matrices to define the sequential status changes a claim undergoes during its lifecycle.

Pricing & VSR Rules: Define pricing procedures (Condition Technique) for labor, parts, and sublet costs.

Build

Validation/Substitution/Check (VSR) rules to automate claim validation.

Technical & Functional Skill Requirements: Core Module Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of SAP LO-WTY (Warranty Management) is mandatory.

Cross-Module Knowledge: SAP CS (Customer Service), PM, SD, MM, and FI/CO.

S/4HANA Experience: Familiarity with S/4HANA architecture, specifically Customer Management or Service Contract integration, is highly preferred.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.

Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams.

Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in complex software projects.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise financial systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within custom software environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
