- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in managing and optimizing workflows and integrations specific to human resource service delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality assurance, including code reviews and automated testing.
