defect logging using HPQC b Should have working knowledge of FICA activities like payment posting, accounting, write off, returns, installment plans and dunning process etc c should have hands on experience on RICEFW objects d Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks Professional Attributes a Good Communication Skill b Adaptable to work c Ability to work under pressure d Good Analytical skill and presentation skill e Decision making ability f Resource should have ABAP experience g Good to have knowledge of SAP ISU billing
