- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Allegro ERTM.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with up-to-date programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
