Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Good To Have Skills: Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.

Robust knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot.

Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.

Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
