Responsibilities: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Description: Summary: As an application developer, you will be responsible for designing, building and configuring applications to fulfill business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives and ensuring that applications are functioning optimally to support operational efficiency.



You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME. Analyze maintenance processes, identify improvements, streamline workflows, and reduce downtime.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform and responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EAM/PM including Face based maintenance.

Configure SAP EAM/PM functionalities: Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Work Orders, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Measurement Points

Design preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies configure maintenance plans and strategies

Integrate EAM with MM (spares/purchasing), WM, FI/CO (cost settlement), PP and Projects/Turnarounds.

Lead asset data migration, cleansing,



and validation activities using IDOCs, BAPIs, and relevant tables.

Write functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.

Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software components.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable code.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
