Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using up-to-date frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.

Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to optimize IT operations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
