- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Experience in designing and developing ETL processes using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Solid understanding of data integration concepts and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with database technologies and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control systems.
