As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration with various teams to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.




- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Document technical specifications and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP production planning systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise resource planning modules.
- Skilled in analyzing system requirements and translating them into functional software solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
