- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing efficient data models.
- Experience in developing and optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Ability to work with complex data structures and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Skilled in collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
