Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education We are looking for a Performance Test Analyst for a fixed-term remote assignment (2 months), supporting a SAP S/4 HANA implementation project based in Canada. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused primarily on building and executing performance tests, working under the direct guidance of the Performance Test Lead assigned to the same engagement.



The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of performance testing experience and working knowledge of at least one open source tool — such as Apache JMeter, Grafana k6, Gatling, or Locust — with the ability to write and maintain test scripts in the tool's native language (Groovy/Java, JavaScript, Scala, or Python) and a solid understanding of core performance concepts such as load profiles, think times, virtual users, throughput, and response time analysis.

Throughout the 2-month engagement, the analyst will write, maintain, and execute load and volume test scripts as defined in the test plan, manage test data preparation and setting validation, monitor executions in real time, flag anomalies to the Lead, and collect and document test results and performance metrics in a clear and organized manner.
