- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud migration strategies and best practices related to Oracle environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
