- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to promote transparency and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with developing and deploying applications using modern frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in debugging,



testing, and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
