- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Solid expertise in designing and implementing custom application architectures within SAP environments.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring security compliance in software solutions.

- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
