About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and skilled CSSD Technician to manage the cleaning, disinfection, packing, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning, disinfection, packing, and sterilization of surgical instruments.
- Operate and monitor Autoclave, ETO, and other CSSD equipment as applicable.
- Prepare instrument sets, trays, dressing sets, and other sterile supplies.
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage.
- Maintain proper sterilization records and documentation.
- Ensure safe storage and handling of sterile items.
- Coordinate with OT, nursing, and other hospital departments for timely supply of sterile instruments.
- Follow infection-control and hospital safety protocols.




- Report damaged instruments or equipment-related issues to the concerned senior.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the CSSD area.

Requirements
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Certificate in CSSD or relevant healthcare field preferred.
- Previous experience as a CSSD Technician in a hospital will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant CSSD training may also apply.
- Good knowledge of sterilization and disinfection procedures.
- Basic understanding of infection control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
