We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 3–4 years of experience, specializing in securities laws. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate and securities regulations, supporting corporate governance practices, and managing statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other securities laws
- Handle filings, disclosures, and documentation with ROC, SEBI, and stock exchanges (if applicable)
- Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per regulatory requirements
- Monitor changes in securities laws and advise management on compliance requirements
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal advisors
- Support in corporate restructuring, due diligence,



and secretarial audits
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns and reports

Requirements:

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI
- 3–4 years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to securities laws and compliance
- Good understanding of SEBI regulations, listing requirements, and corporate governance practices
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
