- Update records: Keep contact details, account status, and customer lifecycle stages current.
- Clean databases: Remove duplicates, fix errors, and merge old entries.
- Log interactions: Record emails, calls, meetings, and support requests directly into the customer profile.

Campaign Execution
- Segment audiences: Group contacts by behaviour, demographics, or purchase history for targeted outreach.
- Run campaigns: Launch email, SMS, or loyalty promotions directly through the CRM tool.
- Automate workflows: Set up triggers and automated follow-up tasks for sales and support reps.

Reporting & Analysis
- Build dashboards: Track key metrics like lead conversion rates, campaign open rates, and pipeline health.
- Share reports:



Deliver regular performance metrics and updates to sales and marketing leadership.
- Identify trends: Spot shifts in customer behaviour and suggest tactical changes.

Team Coordination
- Bridge departments: Serve as the operational link between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Support adoption: Train staff on basic CRM use and troubleshoot daily system issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
