Rivera Coil Manufacturing India Private Limited is a growing organization specializing in coil manufacturing, stator bars, and electrical machine refurbishment solutions for industrial and power sector applications. We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and creative professional to strengthen our CRM, Inside Sales, and Digital Marketing functions.

Position Overview The CRM Cum Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating business leads through digital platforms, handling inside sales activities, supporting quotation follow-ups, and executing online marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and business growth.

This role combines Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Inside Sales, and Digital Marketing responsibilities and requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain and update customer databases in CRM software.
- Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Purchase departments for customer requirements.
- Prepare customer status reports and sales pipeline updates.

Inside Sales

- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads from online sources, industrial portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the business development team.
- Support achievement of monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Digital Marketing

- Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and publish marketing content, product posts, brochures,



and campaign materials.
- Execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing activities.
- Monitor website performance and improve online visibility.
- Generate marketing leads through digital campaigns and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong inside sales and lead conversion ability.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer database management.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace / MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and online marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and online advertising.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

- MBA – Marketing
- BBA – Marketing
- BBM – Marketing
- B.Com with Marketing / Computer Applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Certification courses in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, CRM, or Inside Sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, or technical product companies is preferred.
- Exposure to lead generation through LinkedIn and industrial portals will be an added advantage.
