HIRING: CRM & DIGITAL SALES INTERN – FRESHER

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-trained fresher who understands CRM, digital marketing and sales and is ready to learn, experiment and execute.

Key Responsibilities: Manage customer data, CRM and follow-ups

- Handle leads through WhatsApp, calls and other channels
- Make cold calls for lead generation and customer outreach
- Follow up with potential customers and assist in conversions
- Support WhatsApp Marketing & Email Marketing campaigns
- Understand different brand niches and suggest relevant marketing ideas
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats & conversion hooks
- Assist in customer engagement and retention activities
- Track leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities across 5–6 brands simultaneously

- Strong sales-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with customers
- Proactive and willing to experiment
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp & Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands
- Quick learner with strong execution skills
- Candidates located near Dwarka preferred
