WE ARE HIRING | CRM & APPLICATION DEVELOPER Investo Club | Gurgaon InvestoClub is looking for an experienced and result-oriented CRM & Application Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our CRM platform, business applications, APIs, database architecture, and third-party integrations.

We are looking for a hands-on qualified who can understand business requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and enhance InvestoClub’s CRM and business applications
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs
- Develop CRM modules including Lead Management, Sales Pipeline, Follow-ups, Tasks, Reports, Dashboards, and Automation
- Build and maintain PHP-based web applications
- Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases
- Develop and manage webhooks and API-based integrations
- Integrate platforms including Meta/Facebook Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business API, telephony, payment gateways, and other business systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance challenges
- Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable application architecture
- Work closely with management and internal teams to understand business requirements
- Continuously improve system performance, functionality, and user experience CORE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS





Mandatory

- PHP – Strong hands-on development experience
- MySQL – Database design, queries, optimization, and management
- REST API – Development, integration, authentication, and troubleshooting
- CRM Development – Practical experience developing or maintaining CRM/ERP/business applications Additional Skills:
- HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Laravel / CodeIgniter
- API & Webhook Integration
- Meta/Facebook Lead Ads API

2–3+ years of relevant professional experience
