Job Summary
Praya Holding is looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end digital marketing activities for client accounts, including SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, performance marketing, client coordination, and should be updated with the latest digital trends including AI, AEO, and GEO.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Execute campaigns for lead generation, app installs, sales, conversions, website traffic, and remarketing.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings.
Manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO,



technical SEO, keyword research, website audits, and content optimization.
Support implementation of AI-led search visibility, AEO, and GEO strategies.
Set up and monitor tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, pixels, events, and UTMs.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, performance updates, and recommendations.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Proven experience in lead generation, app marketing, and sales/conversion campaigns.
Solid understanding of SEO, website ranking factors, analytics, and performance optimization.
Positive knowledge of AI, AEO, GEO, and evolving search trends.
