We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently set up, manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns. You will own complete campaign execution and client handling for assigned accounts — from onboarding, reporting to monthly management.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month depending on experience

Responsibilities
Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) — Lead Gen, D2C & Sales objectives
Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube
Install and verify Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI),



Google Tag Manager & GA4 on client websites
Set up and optimize Lead Generation campaigns using Instant Forms and WhatsApp destination
Run D2C and Sales campaigns with a focus on ROAS and Conversion Rate (CR) optimization
Monitor all active campaigns daily — spend, leads, ROAS, CTR, CPL and delivery
Track and improve lead quality — not just lead volume — in coordination with the client
Handle complete client communication for assigned accounts
Onboard current clients — collect briefs, access, assets and set explicit expectations
Proactively update clients on campaign performance without waiting for them to ask
Handle client concerns and performance objections with data and explicit reasoning
Send weekly performance snapshot to every active client every Monday
Submit detailed monthly performance report per client by 3rd of each month
Update internal Google Sheet with campaign metrics and task status daily
Brief the design team
