Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + uncapped incentives
We're hiring a target-driven telecaller to validate leads, spark interest in our courses, and drive demo sign-ups and walk-ins.
What you'll do
Make 70+ successful calls a day and validate lead status.
Pass hot/warm leads to counsellors; follow up on cold leads for walk-ins.
Convert 15%+ of cold leads into demo/walk-in prospects weekly.
Send demo invites, follow up on visits, and drive registrations.
Run SMS/WhatsApp/email campaigns on our database.
What we're looking for
1+ year in tele-calling / inside sales.
Excellent communication and a persuasive phone manner.
Comfortable with Excel and drafting personalised SMS/WhatsApp.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, skilled in formals.
