Location: Siliguri | Experience: 1–3 Years | Full time
Role:
Handle recruitment requirements of our clients from sourcing to closure.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
Manage multiple vacancies and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain robust candidate and client relationships.
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on closures.
Freshers are not preferred.
