Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business prospects through customer visits, cold calling, email marketing, digital platforms, and industry networking.
Promote Cair Actuators & Valves products and automation solutions to OEMs, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Water & Wastewater sectors, EPC/ECC contractors, consultants, system integrators, distributors, resellers, dealers, and end users.
Generate qualified enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into sales orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.




Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers to recommend suitable actuator and valve solutions.
Handle enquiries received from IndiaMART, the company website, exhibitions, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Coordinate with the engineering, production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM/ERP systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits, project follow-ups, and business development activities.
