Role Description
This is a full time, in office Project Engineer role based in Chakan, focusing on civil, pre-engineered building (PEB), and site development projects. The Project Engineer oversees day-to-day project execution, including coordinating civil works, structural and PEB activities, and site infrastructure development in line with design and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Civil & Structural Execution
Execute RCC foundations, pedestals, plinths and industrial
flooring.
Supervise reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and related civil works.
Coordinate PEB erection, alignment, bolting, roofing and cladding.
Check drawings and coordinate with consultants and PEB contractors.

Site Development
Manage site clearing, excavation, earthwork and
grading.
Coordinate internal roads and hardstand areas.
Execute storm-water drainage and external drainage systems.
Manage compound wall, gates and other external development works.
Check site levels, slopes and drainage requirements.
Coordinate soil filling, compaction and testing.

Estimation & Billing




Prepare/check BOQ and quantity e
stimates.
Take site measurements.
Verify contractor RA bills.
Prepare quantity reconciliation.
Track material consumption and wastage.
Identify and document variations.

Project Management
Prepare daily/weekly executi
on plans.
Monitor project progress against schedule.
Manage contractors, subcontractors and site manpower.
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment.
Maintain DPR, measurement records and project documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and management.

Quality & Safety
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specif
ications.
Monitor quality of RCC, reinforcement, flooring, PEB erection and external works.
Ensure proper work-at-height, lifting and general site safety practices.
Coordinate with the safety team and contractors to resolve unsafe conditions.
