About the Role We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider enrolment and credentialing end-to-end for our US healthcare clients. You will be the link between our providers and payers — preparing and submitting applications, tracking them to approval, keeping provider records current, and making sure nothing lapses.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. If you enjoy detailed work, following up until things close,



and understanding how enrolment affects revenue downstream, you will do well here.

What You'll Do

- Manage initial credentialing, re-credentialing and revalidation for providers and groups across Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers
- Prepare, submit and track enrolment applications; follow up with payers until approval and effective dates are confirmed
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles, PECOS, NPPES and payer portals
- Verify licences, DEA registrations, board certifications, malpractice insurance and other primary source documentation
- Track expirables and renewal timelines, and escalate before anything lapses
- Communicate with providers to collect documentation and with payer representatives to resolve application issues
- Maintain accurate credentialing records, trackers and status reports
- Coordinate with billing and AR teams so enrolment status is reflected correctly in claim submission
- Support EDI/ERA/EFT enrolment set-up where required

What We're Looking For Required

- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in provider credentialing or payer enrolment for US healthcare
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer enrolment processes
- Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES and payer provider portals




- Strong written and verbal English communication — you will be dealing directly with providers and payer representatives
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational discipline; comfortable managing multiple applications and deadlines at once
- Ability to work independently, own your queue and follow through without being chased
- Comfortable with Excel and credentialing trackers

Preferred (an advantage, not essential)

- Experience with Behavioral Health / Mental Health credentialing
- Experience with EDI, ERA and EFT enrolment
- Exposure to payer contract negotiation and fee schedule discussions
- Experience with group / facility enrolment and CVO processes
- Understanding of how credentialing gaps affect claim denials and AR
