We're looking for an exceptional Creative Marketing Designer who can help bring our ideas to life and produce world-class creative across every part of our business.

About the Role

This is not a traditional Graphic Designer role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating , high-performing marketing assets that help generate leads, improve customer experience and strengthen our brand.

You'll work closely with our marketing team and leadership to design everything from Meta Ads and websites to brochures, landing pages, presentations and sales material.

You'll receive clear creative direction, while also being encouraged to contribute ideas that improve our campaigns, customer experience and overall design quality.

This is a hands-on execution role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

Design high-converting creatives for:

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Display
- YouTube
- Google Business Profile





Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and continuously improve designs based on campaign performance. Website & Landing Pages

Design and improve

- Landing pages
- Website pages
- Product pages
- Hero banners
- Icons
- Graphics
- UI layouts

Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Marketing & Sales Material

Design professional marketing assets including:

- Flyers
- Brochures
- Booklets
- Proposal templates
- Sales presentations
- Email templates
- Infographics
- Posters
- Pull-up banners
- Vehicle branding
- Exhibition graphics
- Business cards
- Internal documentation templates

Social Media

Create engaging content for

- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Google Business Profile
- YouTube

Including:
- Promotional graphics
- Carousel posts
- Story graphics
- Reel covers
- YouTube thumbnails

Brand Consistency Maintain and continuously improve Safe Planet's & other future brands visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

Ensure all creative is modern, professional and consistent.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with

- Marketing Team
- Sales Team
- Leadership
- Developers

Contribute creative ideas that improve campaigns, customer experience and design quality.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- 3+ years experience in Graphic Design, Marketing Design or Creative Design
- Solid portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and branding work
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience designing Meta & Google Ad creatives




- Experience designing websites and landing pages
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong English communication skills

Experience with

- Framer
- Webflow
- Canva
- Adobe After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)
- Basic HTML/CSS
- UI/UX principles
