We're Hiring: Creative Marketing Associate

We're building a consumer wellness startup that's rethinking how people approach nutrition and health.

For us, marketing isn't just about selling a product. It's about building a brand people actually want to follow, talk about, and remember.

We're starting from the ground up, which means you'll get to help shape how the brand looks, sounds, communicates, and shows up online from Day 1.

We're looking for someone who can combine creative thinking, content creation, social media, and marketing to help us build that presence.

Who We're Really Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply follows trends.

We're looking for someone who thinks differently.

Someone who can turn a random conversation into a campaign idea, find a story in something seemingly boring, or pitch an idea that sounds slightly ridiculous but somehow makes complete sense.

You should be curious about why people stop scrolling, why they share something, why certain brands build cult-like audiences, and why some ideas stick.

Most importantly, we want someone who doesn't always wait to be told what to do.

What You'll Work On

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role. You'll work across content, social media, brand building and creative execution.

You'll be involved in

- Brainstorming creative marketing and content ideas.
- Helping build our overall marketing and social media strategy.
- Creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Helping launch and manage our Instagram presence from scratch.
- Managing and growing our LinkedIn presence.
- Writing scripts, hooks, captions, posts and other brand communication.
- Planning and executing content shoots.
- Shooting high-quality content using phones and/or cameras.




- Editing short-form and long-form video content.
- Creating and managing social media posts and content calendars.
- Researching trends, competitors, creators and interesting marketing campaigns.
- Tracking content performance and understanding what works and what doesn't.
- Repurposing ideas and content across different platforms.
- Helping develop the brand's visual identity, voice and personality.
- Coming up with unconventional marketing ideas and experimenting with them.
- Supporting other marketing projects and campaigns as the company grows.

AI Will Be Part of Your Job

We don't expect you to know every AI tool that exists.

We do expect you to be curious about them.

You should be comfortable using AI to help with things like research, brainstorming, scripting, content planning, ideation, organization, analysis and speeding up repetitive tasks.

More importantly, when you're given something you don't know how to do, your first instinct should be to figure it out.

We want someone who uses AI to work smarter and faster, without letting AI do all the thinking for them.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

- Thinks creatively and isn't afraid of unconventional ideas.
- Understands Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and internet culture.
- Has a strong sense of what makes content interesting and engaging.
- Understands hooks, storytelling, retention and engagement.
- Can come up with ideas instead of only executing instructions.
- Is comfortable shooting content using phones and/or cameras.
- Can edit video using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, InShot or similar software.
- Can write scripts, captions and social posts.




- Can adapt the same brand voice across different platforms.
- Is curious, proactive and willing to learn things they don't already know.
- Can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Is comfortable experimenting, failing, learning and trying again.
- Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Bonus Points If You...
- Have grown or managed a social media account before.
- Have worked with creators, startups or consumer brands.
- Have created content yourself.
- Understand branding and visual identity.
- Have experience with LinkedIn content.
- Have experimented with different AI tools and workflows.
- Have an interest in fitness, wellness, nutrition or consumer brands.

You don't need to tick every box. We'd rather have someone exceptional at a few things and excited to learn the rest than someone who technically knows everything but isn't curious.
