We are looking for a senior, hands-on Creative Head / Creative Lead to join our internal creative team.

This role is for someone who can own brand, marketing, and product design end-to-end, lead a team, and still stay deeply involved in execution. A strong portfolio and delivery mindset matter more than titles.

What You Will Do

- Own creative direction and execution across brand, marketing, digital, social, and product design
- Lead product design and visual experience, translating business and product needs into intuitive design solutions
- Lead, mentor, and review the internal design team, setting clear quality benchmarks
- Stay hands-on while guiding designers and maintaining execution standards
- Manage multiple projects with a strong focus on turnaround time (TAT), prioritization,



and efficiency
- Set processes to balance speed, quality, and consistency
- Ensure on-time delivery, visual consistency, and attention to detail across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

- 10–15 years of hands-on design experience, including product and brand design
- Experience leading or mentoring a creative/design team
- A strong, well-curated portfolio showing depth, clarity, and consistency
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects with MAYA & BLENDER)
- Exposure to up-to-date workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-based creative tools
- High ownership, accountability, and comfort working in a fast-paced internal setup

Important Note

This role is best suited for senior creatives who enjoy hands-on execution, team leadership, and visible ownership within an internal team. Candidates seeking purely strategic or agency-only roles may find this position less aligned.
