About the Role

Eeshanya Infra is looking for a creative, passionate, and hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team and work closely with our Apartments business.

We’re looking for someone who can transform real estate projects, architectural visuals, campaign ideas, and property stories into high-quality visual content that attracts attention, builds the brand, and generates enquiries. This is not just a design execution role. We’re looking for someone who understands real estate marketing, social media content, visual storytelling, and the importance of creating content that drives engagement and leads.

Key Responsibilities

? Graphic Design

Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

Design social media posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, brochures, flyers and marketing collaterals.

Develop creatives for apartment launches, offers, campaigns, events and project promotions.

Maintain consistency with Eeshanya’s brand identity, visual language and design standards.

Work with property images, floor plans, master plans, architectural renders and project information to create compelling marketing creatives.

? Video Editing

Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos for residential projects.

Create property walkthroughs, project teasers, lifestyle videos, customer-focused content and campaign videos.

Edit raw footage from site visits, events, project shoots and marketing campaigns.

Add transitions, typography, music, subtitles, sound effects and basic motion graphics.

Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.

? Social Media Content

Create content specifically optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Stay updated with current social media,



design and video trends.

Understand what makes real estate content visually engaging and shareable.

Work with the marketing and sales teams to convert campaign ideas into strong visual content.

? Real Estate Marketing

Understand apartment projects, locations, amenities, floor plans, specifications and USPs.

Translate property features into visually compelling marketing stories.

Create content that communicates lifestyle, value, location advantage and investment potential.

Support the marketing team during project launches, campaigns, events and sales activities.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.

Experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing is highly preferred.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.

Knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics will be an advantage.

Experience with Canva and other modern content creation tools.

Strong understanding of typography, layouts, composition, colour and branding.

Good understanding of social media formats, trends and content styles.

Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the marketing and sales teams.
