We are looking for a Creative Director to take complete creative ownership of customised wedding projects — from understanding the client's vision to concept development, design direction and final delivery.

You will work with clients after the Sales team closes the project and develop the complete creative language for their wedding, including logo/monogram, Save the Date, invitations, function creatives, animation/video invitations, wardrobe planners and other customised creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements, personality, wedding theme, functions and references.

Develop the overall creative concept, visual style and storytelling for the project.

Present concepts, design styles and creative directions to clients.

Create concepts/storyboards or clearly brief designers and animators.

Direct and review designers to ensure the concept is executed correctly.

Handle animation direction, storyboarding and visual sequencing.

Maintain creative consistency across the entire wedding project.

Manage creative timelines, revisions, approvals and final delivery.

Coordinate with designers, project coordinators and internal teams.

Stay updated with wedding, illustration,



animation and luxury design trends.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in wedding design, event creative, invitation design, creative studios or similar customised creative work.

Solid creative thinking, visual sense and storytelling ability.

Understanding of typography, colours, illustration and animation.

Ability to develop concepts, not just execute designs.

Strong client communication and presentation skills.

Ability to guide designers and take ownership of the final creative output.

Good project and timeline management skills.

This is NOT a UI/UX, social media or marketing designer role. We are specifically looking for someone experienced in bespoke creative conceptualisation and direction.

Portfolio Required A portfolio is mandatory for this position.
