Role Description The Creative Design Intern – Gurgaon role at Tupperware India is a full-time, in office, Unpaid Internship position. The intern will support the design and marketing teams in developing visual concepts for campaigns, packaging, digital assets, and in-store materials.

Daily tasks include brainstorming creative ideas, assisting with branding and layout design, preparing presentation materials, and adapting global design guidelines to local market needs.



The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to content and copy for visual projects, and help maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints. The role also involves basic research on trends, competitor designs, and consumer preferences to inform creative strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Creativity Skills and the ability to generate original, user-focused design ideas.
- Effective Communication and Writing skills for articulating design concepts and supporting marketing content.
- Understanding of Creative Strategy and Branding to ensure alignment with Tupperware’s visual identity.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar) and familiarity with digital and print design formats.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Interest in consumer products, lifestyle brands, and design trends in the kitchen, home, or personal care categories.
