Job Summary

We are seeking a Creative Content Creator who can independently generate ideas, design engaging content, and execute them with sincerity and dedication. This role requires someone imaginative, proactive, and passionate about storytelling — capable of turning healthcare topics into relatable, visually appealing, and patient-friendly narratives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Idea Generation & Execution: Develop original concepts for reels, videos, blogs, and social media posts, and bring them to life independently.
- Video & Reel Production: Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos using creative apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
- Storytelling: Create compelling scripts, captions, and narratives that simplify healthcare topics and connect emotionally with audiences.
- Creative Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar for social media, awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Trend Adaptation: Identify and integrate digital trends, memes, and storytelling formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaboration: Work with doctors, healthcare professionals, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and authenticity in all creative outputs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement, analyze creative impact,



and refine strategies to maximize reach and resonance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related creative field.
- 2–7 years of experience in content creation with a proven ability to work independently.
- Strong portfolio showcasing reels, videos, blogs, and creative campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise with video editing and design apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare topics.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms, hashtags, and creative optimization is an advantage.
