Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate learning activities

Flexible and adaptable teaching approach based on each child’s pace and requirements

Comfortable conducting classes three times a week and maintaining consistency across sessions

Strong classroom management and multitasking skills in an online environment

Patience, empathy, creativity, and a learner-focused approach

Ability to balance vocational skill development with academic/school-related requirements





Looking for someone who is comfortable working in an inclusive learning environment and genuinely enjoys helping children build practical skills

Qualifications

Strong counseling and active listening skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centered support.

Knowledge of mental health, cognitive decline, or neurological conditions, and comfort working alongside clinical and research professionals.

Clear, respectful verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages of South Delhi is an advantage.

Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold confidentiality, and follow ethical guidelines in sensitive settings.

Solid organizational skills, including accurate documentation, time management, and reliability in a hybrid work environment.

Comfort with basic digital tools and willingness to learn technology used for virtual sessions and brain health platforms.

Relevant education in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields; prior counseling or helpline experience is highly beneficial.

Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and a genuine interest in improving access to brain and mental health care.
