Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Counsellor Head to lead our counselling team, manage daily counselling operations, and ensure smooth coordination with the sales and immigration teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the counselling team.
- Monitor counsellors’ daily performance and targets.
- Guide counsellors in handling student/client enquiries.
- Ensure proper follow-up with potential clients.
- Review counselling quality and conversion performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance.
- Handle important or escalated client cases.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Train and motivate counsellors to improve performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or team management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of counselling and client handling.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
