Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on architectural, interior, MEP, and furniture drawings.

- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for all project disciplines.

- Develop project cost estimates during concept, design development, and execution stages.

- Review layouts, specifications, and technical drawings to identify scope and quantity requirements.

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Projects, and Planning teams to finalize BOQs.

- Standardize BOQ formats, item descriptions, technical specifications, and measurement methodologies.

- Maintain and update the Master BOQ library for future projects.

- Conduct material quantity verification and reconciliation throughout project execution.





- Prepare rate analysis using historical project data and current market benchmarks.

- Support procurement by providing technically accurate BOQs for RFQs and vendor sourcing.

- Monitor material consumption trends and recommend value engineering opportunities.

- Develop and maintain databases for material specifications, productivity norms, and standard rates.

- Assist project teams with budgeting, cost planning, and quantity validations.

- Ensure BOQs comply with project specifications, design intent, and company standards.

- Continuously improve estimation processes through standardization and automation.
