Job Overview

Matrix Acres Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable project trainer to train and develop sales teams on real estate projects, products, and market insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing team performance by delivering effective training sessions, ensuring strong product knowledge, and aligning teams with company sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for sales teams on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Develop and update training modules, presentations, and sales scripts.

Ensure all team members have strong knowledge of project specifications, pricing, location advantages, and competition.

Train new joiners during onboarding and support continuous learning for existing employees.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with current campaigns.

Monitor training effectiveness and improve programmes based on feedback and performance.

Conduct regular assessments, role-plays, and mock calls.





Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in real estate training / sales training

Solid understanding of real estate projects and sales processes

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand training

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Solid interpersonal and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate sales or project marketing

Prior experience in training or coaching sales teams

Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Improvement in sales team performance post training

Training completion and assessment scores

New joiner ramp-up time reduction

Conversion rate improvement
