Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Support Executive to support our Corporate Sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating product availability, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving response times, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving successful order closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all corporate inquiries related to mobile phones, tablets, and related products.
- Coordinate closely with the Corporate Sales team to support day-to-day sales activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing requests, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Proactively follow up with sales representatives and customers to ensure timely order closure.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams for product availability and order fulfillment.




- Ensure prompt responses to customer queries and maintain a high level of service.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiry status, pending quotations, and order conversions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in mobile, telecom, or consumer electronics sales support.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, checking stock availability, and coordinating order processing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with a customer-focused approach.
