Position: Corporate Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Corporate Staff Nurse to provide healthcare services at corporate offices. The role involves conducting employee health check-ups, performing blood sample collection, and promoting workplace health and wellness. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional appearance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned corporate offices to conduct employee health check-ups and wellness activities.
- Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection with accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Record and maintain employees' health data and medical records accurately.
- Assist in health screening programs, preventive healthcare initiatives, and wellness campaigns.
- Provide basic nursing care, first aid, and health education to employees when required.
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices and healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of corporate health programs.




- Maintain professional conduct while representing the organization at client locations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Experience: 1–4 years in nursing, preferably with experience in health check-ups, diagnostics, or corporate healthcare.
- Must be proficient in venipuncture and blood sample collection.
- Valid nursing registration as per applicable regulations.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work independently and travel to corporate client locations.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
