Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing premium managed office spaces to corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in Office Leasing, Business Centres, Managed Office Spaces, Co-working, or Flexible Workspace Solutions. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, brokers, IPCs, channel partners, and market research.

Identify and acquire corporate clients looking for managed office spaces and flexible workspace solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, brokers, and business consultants.

Understand client workspace requirements and recommend suitable office space solutions.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, property walkthroughs, and site visits.

Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and leasing offers based on client requirements.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and lease agreements to successfully close deals.

Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations,



and Projects teams for documentation and smooth client onboarding.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and client database.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy and revenue targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and workspace demand to identify new business opportunities.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Represent AIHP at networking events and industry meetings to generate current business.

Preferred Candidate

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).

Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities.

Proven track record of achieving leasing and revenue targets.
