Position: Executive – Corporate Governance & Compliance

Position Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Governance & Compliance Executive to support the Company Secretary Department in managing statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate governance activities, secretarial records and investor-related matters for a listed entity.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance with ROC, MCA, SEBI, RBI, BSE & NSE requirements.

Coordination with NSDL, CDSL, Depository Participants and RTA.

Assist in preparation of Board, General and Committee Meeting agendas, notices and minutes.

Coordinate pre- and post-meeting activities with Directors, Shareholders and internal departments.

Collect information and reports from various departments for Board Packs.

Assist with publication of notices, results, lost share certificate notices and press releases.

Maintain statutory registers, records, files and compliance documentation.





Assist with statutory filings and submission of required documents.

Handle investor queries and grievances.

Assist in confirmation letters, dividend distribution and shareholder-related activities.

Perform other Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance activities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / BBA Graduate

1–4 years of relevant experience.

Positive knowledge of documentation, statutory compliance and coordination.

Exposure to listed-company compliance will be preferred.

Good communication and follow-up skills.
