About the role TheraThrive is building an ecosystem in the psychology industry. We are looking for a psychology graduate (Under-graduate final year or Post-graduate 1st year) to support the psychological development of our counselling frameworks, programmes and educational resources. The role may incolve supporting the founder’s personal practice by deafting frameworks, helpful modules and practical strategies.
Responsibilities Support the development of psychology-informed frameworks and counselling plans
Translate psychological concepts and research into practical exercises and resources
Review existing frameworks/content for psychological accuracy and theoretical grounding
Research relevant approaches across Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Career Psychology and Positive Psychology
Prepare concise research summaries and internal notes
Work with the founder to refine and structure psychological frameworks and programmes Who we’re looking for Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology.
Strong understanding of core psychological concepts
Genuine interest in Counselling Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Career Psychology
Comfortable reading academic research
Strong writing and critical-thinking skills
Able to distinguish between evidence-based psychological practice and generic self-help
Curious, detail-oriented and willing to learn
Able to work independently in a remote environment Preferred: Exposure to counselling, SFBT, CBT, Positive Psychology, NeuroPsychology, Narrative Therapy or Career Development theories. What you’ll gain Hands-on experience in applied psychology and programme development
