Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at JEDI - Communauté des Jeunes Enthousiastes en neuroradiologie Diagnostique is a part time, remote role responsible for organizing, supporting, and engaging volunteers across various initiatives. This role involves coordinating volunteer schedules, onboarding new volunteers, and ensuring clear communication regarding tasks and expectations.

The Coordinator will develop and deliver basic volunteer training, facilitate virtual meetings, and provide ongoing guidance to maintain a positive and inclusive volunteer experience. Day-to-day activities include managing volunteer records, responding to inquiries, collaborating with organizational leaders to align volunteer activities with program needs, and assisting with online community outreach campaigns. The role also includes monitoring volunteer participation, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements to strengthen volunteer engagement.

Qualifications





- Strong volunteer coordination skills, including Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and Communication skills to build trust and maintain relationships with diverse volunteers.
- Experience with Community Outreach and engagement in virtual or local communities.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple volunteer activities in a part-time, remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, collaboration tools).
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and professional conduct in volunteer or community settings.
- Prior experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit work, or educational/scientific communities is an asset.
