Control & Electrical Engineer – Programming & Design

Job Responsibilities

- Electrical control panel design and development
- Prepare Electrical Control Drawings, Wiring Diagrams & Panel GA Drawings
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- HMI programming and screen development
- VFD, servo drive and motor control programming
- Sensor, actuator and pneumatic control integration
- Develop I/O lists, cable schedules and control schematics
- Electrical component selection and BOM preparation
- Panel wiring supervision and testing
- Machine/conveyor commissioning and troubleshooting at site
- Interface conveyors with PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, servo systems and robots
- Support machine installation, commissioning and customer trials
- Prepare electrical documentation and as-built drawings

Required Skills
- PLC programming – Delta / Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron preferred
- HMI programming




- AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN or similar electrical drawing software
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, sensors and control panels
- Positive understanding of industrial automation and electrical standards
- Ability to read and modify electrical drawings
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, conveyor systems or machine automation preferred.

Freshers with strong PLC programming and electrical knowledge may also be considered.
