About the Role

HGM Limited is seeking a Senior Content Writer with deep expertise in the US healthcare and technology market to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, audience-specific content that supports demand generation, brand authority, and product marketing across the product ecosystem. This role demands a writer who can translate complex healthcare & IT concepts into compelling narratives for the relevant audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and own content across formats: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, thought leadership articles, email campaigns, and product collateral
- Partner with product, sales, and design teams to produce content aligned to buyer journeys and sales stages
- Own the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent publishing cadence and content variety
- Conduct interviews with SMEs, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop content grounded in real insight
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging guidelines
- Track content performance and iterate based on engagement and pipeline metrics




- Support content requirements for product launches, events, and campaigns

What We're Looking For

- 8–10 years of B2B content writing experience, preferably in US healthcare or IT sector
- Strong understanding of US healthcare systems: payers, providers, claims lifecycle, prior authorization, value-based care, and health plan administration
- Demonstrated ability to write across formats: long-form, short-form, and web with a strong portfolio
- Excellent research skills with the ability to distill dense source material into accessible, high-value content
- Robust editorial judgment: knows what to cut, what to expand, and how to structure for the reader
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple concurrent content projects
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

Nice to Have

- Experience writing for healthcare administration and AI platforms
- Familiarity with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush & Ahrefs)
- Exposure to content marketing in regulated industries
- Experience collaborating with design teams on visual content formats
